A light, thin, and great slicing knife; it is a perfect companion to the Bradford paring knife. Made from MagnaCut steel and treated to a Rockwell of 61-62. The blade is thin, offering a perfect balance, weight, and 7.4 inches of cutting edge. This knife edge offers a great rocking motion when cutting due to its thin profile and light weight. Tumbled to a satin stonewash finish, proof of tooling can be seen on this great blade. To complement the excellent steel quality of this blade we have hand selected scales with beautiful natural color and patterning in both prehistoric mammoth and fossil walrus tusk materials. This knife comes boxed with a riveted black leather guard.
